Beware! Auto service warranty is out of business but still deposting payments

You may not be protected if you bought an extended warranty from this company. All phones have been disconnected, their web-site domain has been sold to another warranty company who says they have nothing to do with auto service warranty inc.
If you are paying monthly payments STOP! This compny is still depositing payment checks and have not notified their customers that they are out of business.
I have filed complaint with the Ohio state attorney's office and notified the BBB as to what I think is going on.
After making a down payment and three payments and no claims I phoned for a claim approval, only to find the above.
