After hour charges after waiting on line

I called them ahead before send my truck into their shop. My truck got there and had to wait in line to get tire change. They finished a little bit passed their bussiness hours but nobody ever called me to inform that we would be in after hours charges. They charged me more than $240 for after hours and when I called them to dispute the transaction the shop manager said: "Dude, I had to keep my guy here to change your tires". Very rude people and not honest at all. We have a small fleet of 20 trucks and we're never going back to this place again.
