They refused to compensate me for my tire they damaged

While my car was being services I was out in the bay watching the young men. They were clowning and talking with each other. The stem on one of my tires were damaged. Not knowing this I left the shop and was on the hwy 288 with a flat tire. It cost me $65.00 to have a tow truck change my tire. I had to wait nearly two hours for the tow and the store was clossed by that time.

I have called and spoke to the manager Aaron, who stated he would call me back after he spoke to the owner. I left my name and phone numBer. I called eaach day for 5 days. And received no call back.

Since they damage my tire all I want is the $65.00 back it cost me for the tire change. When I went to the store today Aaron walked away saying it was not his company's fault and refuse to give the name of the owner or call him for me
