Fraudulent Practices

I bought my Hyundai Accent from Ourisman Hyundai in Laurel, Marylnd on December 31. We have had a good working relationship until today. Today, the owner of the dealership, Ben O. And / or the Finance Manager, Sean at x222 in the Finance Department, FRAUDULENTLY ran a charge of $285 on our card. This transaction was NOT authorized by myself or my husband. This ILLEGAL withdrawl from our account depletes our financial assets for the rest of this week. This will also cause NSF fees and other charges for other bills for which we have no money. My husband went to the dealership with an officer to ensure a peaceful discussion; however, once the office left, Ben O. Refused to sign a letter to our bank requesting the charge be withdrawn. He was very rude and unprofessional and then asked my husband to leave. Ben O. Left at the same time a drove away while my husband was still standing in the parking lot.
