December; I requested 4 studded snow wheels for my vehicle; the explained I'd to purchase new wheels and so I did. After I went right down to obtain the fresh tires mounted; I needed to verify using the salesperson that I was coping with the tire devices may still function, the supervisor of the tire shop was standing there shuffling document and began shouting at me; saying they NEVER stated such a thing, I was completely surprised when I was not actually speaking with him within the first-place, I switched back again to the salesperson and he mentioned that yes, they'll work because it is triggered by centrifical force and never a real indicator device (he created the error) And so I got my tires ($1400), they saved my summer wheels for an inclusion $34... Ok, I believed which was great. BUT, since it's Spring; I named them to speak about changing my wheels to my summers, they explained they would not deploy my summers till I purchased 4 new wheels from their store, the explained they'd be $225 a tire. I told them the rear types might require changing however the 2 entrance were fresh and didnot, I questioned if he might complement them-and he explained he appeared, not really one minute later he called back and informed me in the future and obtain my tires, they didn't wish to assist me. They've the TOUGHEST perspective I've actually observed, they truly are rude and they shout at their clients, they wont discuss tire efficiency or guarantees, you sense like they're performing you a large benefit by actually speaking with you. If you conduct business together; make certain you understand what you are performing and become ready to be REALLY inconvenienced, handled like trash and make certain you've plenty of money!!!
