Ripoff took $100 dolars for car I never drove off the lot. Broke contract let people in my vehicle

I went to purchase a car from this company. Because it is a buy here pay here place I had to leave a down payment. I was assured that no one would be inside of my vehicle after I put the money down on it. While I am on my way to work I drive past the dealership and see two people in my car and another group of people standing by the driver side window. I called the salesman to aak why there were people in my car and what they were doing. He told me that they had to get other cars out of the lot and now they were back and they were listening to the radio. I was furious. So I went in the next day and asked for my down payment back. Only after arguing with these men for some time I received $200 of my $300 back, and although it is only a weak $100 bucks I think it is wrong and I want my damn money back.

Do not deal with these people. If their polocy is to breech contracts and lie to customers mean while rip them off for $100 bucks (for a car only being there for 3 days) that I can imagine what kind of cars they sell.
