Fraudulent advertising & False promises dishonest ripoffs

We went to Bixby Auto Ranch because they had advertised on the radio to get you out of any loan or lease for $18.00. We made contact with a salesman who told us that we didn't qualify for this because we owed too much on our vehicle. He told us that he could sell us one of their cars and put ours on his lot and he could sell ours in a week. We told him several times that we could not afford another car payment and he assured us that he would have no problems selling ours. He told us that he would put ours car on their front line and advertise it in the truck trader.

He finally convince us so we purchased their car. Their finance guy also assured us that they do this all the time and they could sell our car. We left our car on their lot over 6 weeks and it never sold. A week after we had bought their car we went back to Bixby Auto Ranch and we couldn't even find our vehicle.

The same salesman who now acted like he didn't even know us, told us that it was getting the engine cleaned. (This was an out and out lie because when we picked up our vehicle the engine had not been washed) These people lied to us about trying to sell our car just to sell their car. I know that nothing was in writing but these people are dishonest and should not be trusted.
