They established no cutting, bondo or shaping could be have to the inventory cover and bumpers to create it match and so I chose to purchase it. $500 later and in regards to a week in delivery i consider the bumper using the vehicle to 2 various body stores including a Ford one along with a custom store. They clip-on the Brand New bumper and doesnt actually come near to appropriate flush and theres definetely bondo, artwork and reducing essential to the inventory cover and bumpers to help make the bumper match which YOURHOTCAR initially explained wasn't required. Therefore obviously I got angry and named YOURHOTCAR and thats once the account changed. Their representative today informs me that theres some change had a need to create that bumper healthy blaahblahhh blahhh eventhough through e-mail and prior discussions I had been informed otherwise. I requested to possibly obtain a reimbursement or another thing of similiar worth after i ship the bumper back again to them-but they stated all revenue are closing therefore in additional term im attached with bumper that doesnt match my vehicle because they claimed it'd. I actually got photos and delivered them to yourhotcar also to the bbb (betterbusinessbureau) and that I submitted a with everybody I really could. Ultimately they explained they couldnt help me and ive been caught having a ineffective bumper in my own home for nothing.
