Ted Russell Repeated attempts to have defect fixed

In I bought a 2006 suzuki grand vitara there. After having it a few days the rear end came apart. We had to pay and have it towed back to them. They agreed to fix it.

6 days later it broke again. Once again we had to pay to have it towed back to them. They once again agreed to fix it.
Now its been about 6 months, it came apart again. We just want the to fix it or allow us to get a different vehicle because they must have known the problem or they would have not fixed it the first two times.

They told us that they would either pay for the parts or the labor but not both and they would not pay to have it towed there. We know that we bought a used car and most have little problems, but to have to have it fixed 3 times in less than a year for the same problem. They had to know that it was broke in the first place.

I feel that they were not truthful when they sold it to us and need to fix the vehicle since they obviously did not fix it right the other 2 times.
