Just Brakes
They wont fix it but they will break it!

My husband and I took our car into Just Brakes just before Christmas. They told us that we needed $1800 worth of work done to the car. We had the work done and a new problem came up.

The suspension was about 2 inches or more lower then what it was before we took the car into them. We took it back to Just Brakes.

They said that we needed to get an alingment on the car. We did what we were told and the suspension was still off. I took it back in again.

Just Brakes said that they didn't do anything that would affect the suspension. I told them that didn't matter because whatever they did messed it up.

They said they would put on different and better struts. I told them I did not want to pay for another alingment. They said if it needed another one after they were done they would pay for it.

A month later the suspension is still not correct. The right front strut makes a grinding noise and my brakes are also grinding.

All this was supposed to be fixed by them over a month ago. Just Brake's customer service is as poor as their work. They are all incompetent and from reading all 240 of the complaints against them I am not the only one who thinks so.

There were other complaints about the exact same location that I went to.

Something needs to be done about this business so other people won't be given the run around.

Another one to avoid is Brakes Plus!
