La jolla apartments, 5816 boca raton blvd, 76112 The manager Diana and the towing company ITS ALL ILLEGAL AND A SCAM!

I have had my car towed 4 times!!! The apartment manager diana knows as well as the towing company i am a residence at la jolla apartments. My car windows were smashed in, this all happened because the night before i had left my window down. I have to push them up and its difficult at times. My friend's husband works for another tow company around the area and he told me about how horrible black bull towing is. The apartment manager had been asking me to file a cps report on the neighboor to help the eviction process previously. I did not want to get involed with the neighboor. I sat in the office for hours waiting to hear how much and why my car was towed. Blackbull is very rude, but the managers and owners know that i am a resident!!! She had asked me again to file a cps report while i was waiting in the office. I did so and all the sudden i was able to get my car back from black bull from 285 to 100 dollars!!! The neighboor found out i had filed a report and smashed my car windows in.

I told the office, made a police report and called the towing company. Keep in mind the parking permit hangs from the review mirrow it does not stick it can be easily removed!!! I had another robbery and assault incident at the gas station, the two neighboors who up and left after cps was involded (due to the drug trafficking) pulled me out of my sisters vehicle and stole my phone. This is all on video and i have been working with a detective. I was in bed for quite sometime, i am 5'1 less than 100lbs. I called the towing company again and told them i was not going to get my windows fixed, the neighboors had moved to the apartments across the street and i was advised by an officer, it is my last month on the lease not to fix them. I told management and my car was still towed this morning. Diana the manager would not pick up my calls, and when she did she had asked me about the neighboors across from me who have a door bell and about the constant traffic!!! I said i will not tell you anything about your residence again!!! And she gave me a fake number to the "other manager/owner". This apartment is ran completley illegal. And so is the towing company.

I have police reports and facebook messages all kind of illegal proof. I want to take this to civil court. My life was jeopordized during my stay here. Not only that i was treated so bad and used to try to get the manager out of trouble!!!
