Theft ofpoder coated valve caps

I introduced my 2009 dodge durango into sears to get a oilchange and tire rotation and wheel handling, after i delivered house i examined my wheels and recognized all the valve caps were changed those that was previously on the durango were metal powder coated the exact same color because the wheels low and see they transformed themselves to black plastic. After i named the shop i had been told that no way would anyone working there would do that. I returned to the mall 24 hours later and was approached by the guy that done my truck he explained i'm blaming him of stealing i stated no it had been someone in this store. This is actually the first time in 35 or even more years of likely to this store i'd an issue

There customer support sucks and that i can no long invest some of my money or time in this store!
