No refund on my deposit

I've created a scheduling of Toyota Vios and settled a amount of Rs3,000 as deposit in a Toyota seller Wheelcorp Sdn Bhd (Previous Klang Road) on 7th August.

Because Of sudden monetary issue lately, I'm not able to purchase the vehicle and attract the seller to get a return. The department supervisor declined my charm and threaten to lose the deposit easily can’t spend the deposit to gather the vehicle. She's really rude and stated she's all of the to lose in case of termination of purchase for almost any purpose whatsoever.

I am aware based on the contract there's a term declaring the deposit paid from the customer be forfeited in case of termination by client.
