Deceptive business practices. Kept my deposit, did not tell me it was non refundable, ask for a very large deposit of 1,000 dollars for a 10,000 vehicle, they said they could not give money back because they could have sold vehicle, vehicle sat in lot for 3 more weeks and did not use an authorization form for credit card authorization. Other car dealerships require 250. Deposit, and use credit card authorizations.
