Southwest Airlines
Unauthorzied charge without receipt

Cars & Transport

I've been traveling Southwest to Oregon for business. Lately Southwest has provided an "early bird" check in for an extra charge. After I was performing my fees lately I came across on my charge card assertion that Southwest had billed one more $20 per trip for that early bird support. I've no remembrance of requesting this, and also the cost didn't seem on the charge card bill I published out your day I arranged on line. I believe the problem is exactly the same whether I'd really requested for that additional support or not. The problem needs to do with Southwest not supplying correct bills, therefore we (the customer) don't have any method of showing whether we did, or didn't, buy a product or support. After I sent and named Southwest to protest, they recognized they do not offer charge card bills for that early bird charge. WHAT? In reaction to my criticism, they sent me bills for that two admission costs such as the $20 per early-bird cost, bills thatnot complement those I initially published out, and was sent a couple of hours later by Southwest (the bills sent plainly state: "price and cost overview" and refers towards the last 4 numbers of the creditcard used). They explained that I ought to have published out the site where I (allegedly) required the first-chicken cost, even when it's outlined individually and it is not outlined within the complete charge for that journey. They explained the "verification page" (that we allegedly noticed) displaying the first bird check in charge, acts as my charge card "bill". NO! A confirmation page isn't a bill, particularly if the price of it's not thought in to the whole proven as "charged to my charge card". I don't work with companies on line or offline that not supply bills. I supply my charge card info to some business in great belief they have reasonable and correct accounting methods. Within this, Southwest has failed miserably. Our devotion for them continues to be sorely reduced. I actually donot believe I ought to need to be worried about double checking my charge card record after arranging a trip together, as well as then, I can not show something was or wasn't required. I'll be taking a look at Alaska being an alternative provider.
