My Cadillac XLR suddenly became uncontrollable and caused me to spin and be hit by a tractor trailer truck. I had had the car in for service many times, the major complaint being the stabilitrak-even the owner of the dealership said it was a lemon. After the accident and afraid to drive it I fought a losing battle with GM, GMAC, ESIS, and ALLY. I spent nine months begging for help with that car. No one at any of the above would help me, in spite of the car's record of unreliablilty.
The air bag did not deploy on impact and the problematic electrical issues recurred after the accident resulting in me being locked out of the car and my dogs being locked in the car. That was not the first time that had happened.

Everyone essentially called me a liar and no matter what I proved they discounted it. The most frustrating dealings I have ever had with a company.

I finally paid the lease off early; had the car repaired-all at much considerable expense.

I hate GM and want the world to know that they do not take care of their customers-even when it is clearly warranted!!!
