WATER STAR MOTORS MERCEDES AUTO REPAIR SHOP Fraud, stole my original engine, water pump and filter, damaged new engine, and body, lied in court

Cars & Transport

I was at water star motors to have an exchange engine installed that was completely overhauled, but the original one I want it to keep since it as a good running engine.

However, I had provided a new filter, and a new water pump, to be installed with the new engine.
After weeks and weeks finally I wanted to pick up my car, the owner recommended to exchange the oilcooling lines which were now after the installation of the new engine leaking, Did that, cost me about 600 extra.

Now after another week, the car was picked up, it ran horribly bad, tons of smoke came out, my original engine could not be found anywhere, and the shop owner claimed that somebody must have stolen it from his property, and offered 300 Dollars which much less than the core charge for a Mercedes engine. After driving off Water Star Motors repair shop, the car died on the way home, and I had to get help to push the car off the freeway. Afer I put a hand on the ignition parts that had been installed very unprofessional, I got home and did an oil change just to see if they had installed the filter that I had provided, which was not the case.

Apparently shocked I went to the shop next morning and confronted the owner, who was incredibly rude and said, "so well I now owe you an oil change next time"

Then I confronted him about the body damage, which ended up being superficially repaired at on of the Paint shops in Santa Cruz.

Finally, I had found out that my provided Geba water pump as also not installed. I had contacted the Geba factory in Germany, which confirmed my suspicion by comparing the pictures of the one I had bought and the one that was installed.in addition the oil cooling lines started to leak heaviliy, and now I had enough and I decided to take them to court, which I did.

Said and done, Mr Henry Carter lied in Court, in front of the Judge Denine. J Guy, of the Superior Court of Santa Cruz, by simply stating that there was nothing wrong with the car when it left his shop, and that he had a very high costumer satisfaction rate. The judge did not appear to have any problems that my original engine had disappeared, the body was damaged, and that provided parts were not installed, which is considered fraud. I ahve not even been granted a single Dollar for the water pump or the filter, instead Denine J. Guy decided that I was fully responsible for any possible risks when an exchange engine had been installed, especially if I had provided the engine myself. However, I had prepared a very large folder, exhibit 1, as it was called in the court room, and she did not ask me a single question about the detailed photographs I had provided to proof my case, many of them were showing the horrible mechanical condition the car was in after I had picked it up from Water Star Motors.

Maybe it is just a coincident but MR. Henry Cartersson drives a Mercedes were my original engine would fit in just fine, and as we all know, you should provide a new water pump, and a fresh oil filter when you install a "new" engine, both of these provided parts were not installed in my case. They did not even bother to change my drive belts, which is the least you can do when you install an exchange engine.

I ended up bying another engine and having it installed at a very professional and helpful shop in Santa Cruz, who felt for me and gave me a very good price on the installation, they also had to install new oil cooling lines which worked out great, and I was very happy with their work

However, it is a shame for both, Henry Carters business WATER STAR MOTORS, and for the highly ignorant/incompetend judge DENINE. J GUY, to have been treated so disrespectfully, and I truly hope that one day this business will be shot down before more people get so blatantly ripped off.
