I brought my vehicle to J & S Ford Service Center to get my catalitic converter repaired that by law Ford Company is suppose to replaced catalitic converters' Bank 1 and 2 if the vehicle is under 80,000 miles at no cost to me. Which is a $2000.00 job in which the Service Manager Mr. Carlos Rodriguez said that he would replace the catalitic converter if I let them tune-up my vehicle, but I did not. The next day I went to a professional company and got a full tune-up and made an appointment to get my catalitic converter repaired. When told that I got a tune up from another company in turn J & S Ford then refused to repair my vehicle in which they are by law suppose to repair.
