I took my car to Monroe due to shaky while there Tom placed my Ford Focus 2003 sedan 4 cylinder to be anylized Tom mentioned my car had a cylinder number 2 backfire and had to be replaced first he said it would cost me 550.00 I said it was to much and I would take it else where, then he stated he wanted my business and he changed the cost of repair to 324.00. When he finished changing plugs he stated on receipt possible Tune up. I came home called my son and mentioned what he listed on the receipt my son stated it is too much and from what he listed it is a tune up. I called Ford and requested a quote for a tune up for my vehicle I was quoted $185.00. My car is still shaky I took it back and was told to leave and take it to Ford. My car did not have shakiness. Now Tom refuses to repair my vehicle. Please assist me.
