Horrible customer service

A customer in Europe needed to deliver us a look for providers. He visited his lender and got all the info he required from me to deliver cash direct from his lender to my nearby Lender of America. Evidently the "name" they requested for was not the contact name, however the company name and also the cable did not undergo. Bank of America quickly required $40 in the deal.
