Atm not giving me my money

I'm a mature customer from Europe for this region and visited a Lender of America to withdraw $200.00. The equipment read my card, requested for my flag variety, requested basically needed a bill that we didn't get after which passed back my card. I had been dubious, therefore called my lender to check on and yes, Lender of America had eliminated the resources from my bill. After I contacted the support representative I had been designed to experience it had been my problem, and that I was to inform my lender to settle a criticism. I stated towards the woman it had been their device, but by January 1/10 you will find new guidelines in position. I advised my lender plus they stated they'd never heard about the burden being placed on them, however they may do what they are able to. Please, any people browsing this country, to invest your cash and assist a downturn affected country, be careful of the lender!!!
