Rip off, scam

I already read several of the complaints of people. I have the same problem as all of you guys. But please DO NOT JUST STOP HERE, I already filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General in IL. Plus this site is very helpful.

PLEASE REPORT THEM. I do not understand how come they are still in business after doing what they do.
