File with Lisa Madigan, the Attorney General for Illinois http://www.ag. State. Il.Us / Next file the Federal Trade Commission at http://www.ftc. Gov/bcp/bcp.htm and lastly please file with the Better Business Bureau in addition to the Usa Consumer Complaints.com. The State Attorney General as well as the FTC WILL investigate fraudulent and deceptive business practices. The only way to get the S.O.B. Is to submit the many complaints OR whoever lives in Illinois waits at the PO Box in question...
