Don't make an Appointment

Went in to Firestone on Randolph AFB on Tuesday and asked if you could make an appointment a couple of days in advance for "while you wait" service. Yes they said. Wife went in today for scheduled appt at 10, told car would not be ready until 1 o'clock. Oil change and Safety inspection on a 2009 vehicle. Oh by the way you need to leave the car.

Turns out the appt does nothing for you, if the bays are used up by walk ins or problems—you wait. Of course they don't tell you that. Complete waste of time—will never use them again.
