Ironic name for their company

Ordered part online from "Quality Parts USA". The parts on their website are all nice and shiny. Used part cost $70. Came with major service rust; not just a bit.

Called and spoke with manager to tell him not happy and to get a refund. Said no problem. I stated I did not feel it was right that we would have to pay for the return shipping either and he said no problem, it would be refunded when they received the part back. Shipping charges were $20.

In meantime, ordered brand NEW part through mechanic which only cost $45. Sent their piece of junk part back, which only cost $13 shipping and when they received part, we were only credited for the part itself.

Called again and reminded same manager that he stated he would also refund the original shipping and he stated that he never said that.

He absolutely stated that to me when I called the first time. Argued with him to no avail and he said he was sorry I was upset about it, but that's just the way it was.
