I had my brakes done at Firestone on 1/5 one month later my brake pedal goes to the floor. So I took it back to see why they said I needed all this new stuff that would cost another 633.33 dollars after I spent 332.48 a month ago I asked them how it happened they had no excuse. Then I asked them why they didnt see it a month ago and again no excuse. This has happened A couple of times at the same place with a different car. Had work done then a month later something else goes wrong. I just thought that it was wear. But after this time I think they are ripping off alot of people. I do not know if it private owned or not but Firestone needs to look in to it. Its their name. I will not use this place again and I will not recommend them to anybody. I have my own company I will make sure that my emploees and customers know not to take their cars there.
