Nissan North America
Lack of service

Cars & Transport

We possess a 2002 Nissan Altima which we got in to the seller to truly have the spark plugs changed. Vehicle had near to 120000 miles using the original plugs. The company guide claims to displace plugs at 105000 miles. Although eliminating the plugs one smashed down since it have been place in too-tight, the top needed to be eliminated and taken up to a unit store to exercise and tap-out the broken-off plug. This charge me $1501. While confirming this to Nissan Consumer Affairs, I had been informed had this happened while still under guarantee (60000 miles) Nissan might have thought the duty for this price. But why might I substitute spark plugs at 60000 miles when vehicle was procedure completely as well as your support guide claims to displace plugs at 105000 miles??? I'm totally astonished as of this insufficient support and insufficient goodwill about the section of Nissan United States.
