Paying double for parts

Charged me for two differnt parts that came as an assembley.$355.00 for a hub which sells for $215.00 and $204.00 for a sensor that came with hub, so they made $344.00 before they even worked on my truck in parts alone. Kept my truck for two days and i still have the same problem, These people are ripp offs, do not take anything to them, they will try and sell you things you dont need and then charge you twice what they really cost
