I took my car in for repair and the Technican did a poor job, i got my truck back and there was wire tying up things that bolts should be holding. I found this out on my own as he gave me my truck back without saying a thing. Then he charge me for genuine parts only to find out he uses off market parts but charge me the cost of the genuine parts. I went back to talk to the Technican but he gave me an attitude, i ask to speak to the Manager who was'nt in, i have been calling ever since to speak to the Manager but was never lucky to reach her.
The parts they put on cost $345.99 each yet they charge me $537.16.
My believe is that they are diong this as they have no idae that customer have knowledge of what parts are and what they cost.
