Totally unfair overcharge

I've hired an automobile for 2 times in a EuropCar London area at Marble Arch. Your day of returning the vehicle was Sunday. The slave in the organization explained that since the department is likely to be shut on Sunday, I'll need to abandon the vehicle in the slam before the department of course if you will see no room, to park it in the auto parking above.

After I found return the vehicle on Sunday, the slam was full of vehicles, and so I needed to park it within the auto parking, that we did.

To my amazement, after I obtained an account from EuropCar I came across they charged me £54 for that parking. This really is absurd! Why did they cost me for a thing that is THEIR issue? There is no room within their department. What did they need me related to the vehicle? To place it on my mind? They might not ensure that there is an area, which is THEIR issue! Why must I purchase their issue?

I called the department and described the problem, but discovered metal wall-in top of me. No body desired to create a stage to assist. The man there declined to provide any phone of the Client Services and assist in any means.
