Karla M. Johnson Lied about stock status, lied about shipping, still hasn't shipped many weeks late

Actron sells a manual vacuum pump that requires a rebuild kit. I went to their web page and ordered 5 of them. Weeks later Inquire why I haven't received them, and am told in a couple of days. They lied about the stock stautus, lied about the upcoming shipping, and lied again when I recently inquired, stating they would be sent. They have no intention of sending the product, do not respond to inquiry, except to lie some more. I can't demand a refund, because the card I used is no longer valid. Others have been ripped off as well. The pump is useless without the kits. I purchased another brand, and will never use the company again.
