I had merchandise shipped to a NYC address. It was 30 lbs they have it as 25 lbs. I paid for shipping and declaired value of $8000 they have no record of that. Meanwhile my check was cashed they don't have that on file. My mechandise is 60% missing/stolen. They only want to refund me back $104 but the amount that is missing $4872.00. I'm being liable for that amount I need your help to further investigate as far as what happened on that day where is my merchandise? They said that they will do their own investigation and now their not giving me any information they just want to close the case and pay me $104. So please help me as of now the receiver has put us in collection for the mysterious missing merchandise.
