Fenton auto group ripped off & pretty much screwed!

I purchased a vehicle from Fenton Nissan West in May. The next day we noticed the window wouldn't roll down & found out the motor on the window was broken. We took the car back & they had it for 1 week to replace the part. I was glad to have it back even if it took that long. However, 3 weeks later the car started messing up so I checked the fluids & there was not 1 drop of oil! The very same day the motor blew. No lights or notifications on the dash were present at anytime. So I had it towed to Fenton West (at my expense of $110)

The contacted us to let us know that the sensors went & the catalyttic convertor went out which caused the motor to blow & not notify us of any problem. The called back & said that the starter had also gone out. I was livid as I had only had the car for a little over a month. So the GM Jason Ball offered to SPLIT the cost of the parts & waive the labor charges & that my part would be $1200.6 weeks later the car was ready & the total for my part of the agreement was $1400 instead of $1200.

I got the car back in September & in January my transmission started leaking & slipping so I took it to a Transmission Specialist only to find out the transmission had to be replaced due to in being incorrectly installed when the motor was replaced. They said they didn't know how the transmission lasted this long as it was not even on the shaft & there were broken pieces of transmission in the transmission & fluid that broke the seal causing the leak. The technician said he had never seen something done so incorrectly & poorly in his life. I had to pay $2300 for the repair to the transmission.

I have now paid $3700 to repair my $5400 car that i have had less then one year. It has been in the shop over 70 days (total) since May. All the while Ive been making my monthly payments for a car I don't have. I am a single mother that works full time to support us & have could have bought 2 of my car for the money I've spent & the payments I have & will have make.

I've filed complaints everywhere & contacted several people without so much as an apology from fenton. I'm in the process of finding a lawyer so i can file a suite to try to get some compensation. Hopefully, it will all work out but either way AVOID FENTON NISSAN &/OR FENTON AUTO GROUP DEALERSHIPS AT ALL COSTS!!!
