As Christmas approached, i thought i would order a piece for my remote helicopter (my younger brother's in fact) before the Christmas rush. The price is not important in this, its the fact that they think they can get away with it and that i would let it lie. I ordered the product on the 11th of December. I first emailed them on Boxing Day when i thought something wasn't right. To my surprise i received an email back, very rude and abrupt but i still got one, they told me to be patient and that the product would be with me by the 14th of January, i took their word and as the 14th approached i emailed them again to which there was no reply, emailed them again still no reply. I am still trying to contact Detelex and they refuse to return my email.
