Damaged car will not fix it

Took car in for an oil change and transmission flush. When we got the car back there was damage to the front bumper on the drivers side. The manager said the mechanic took it out for a drive supposedly to warm up the transmission to circulate the fluid. The mechanic denies doing any damage and they will not pay for it. There is over $700.00 in damage for $140.00 service. Will be reporting this to BBB as well. Fair warning to anyone reading this check your cars well when you have service done better yet take it somewhere else!!!
