Criswell underestimated taxes AND registration to up proffits AND committed FRAUD by charging GM for uplift incentives i didnt apply too. They are telling GM they are selling uplift to get incentive

I purchased a 2011 chevrolet 2500HD diesl from criswell. I was purchasing from md but am a resident of PA. We finally agreed on a FINAL out the door price (after tax, tags, title) of 44500.00
They then switch numbers around to make it look like i paid MORE for the truck and now owe in more taxes and more money for registraion (which im responsible for by law) They sold me a class 4 truck, and estimated registration for a small car, a difference of 162.00 and also undertaxed me by 150 (which now im responsible for the difference)

THATS NOT THE BIG TICKET THO!
Criswell said they could match another dealers price but later found out how they did it. Criswell couldnt match the price bc the other dealership was still making money from the hold-back. Criswell didnt get hold back from GM bc the truck they sold me was owned by another dealer. So do get it the 1000 cheaper they scammed GM. When i purchased the truck GM had an incentive in place for comercial vehicals that stated any new comercial purchase qualifies for the following, 500 dollar lowes card, or 1000 dollars towards an uplift, which would be the purchase of a tool box, ladder rack, snow plow etc... Well after the deal was finished up i asked where my 500 gift card was and the sales manager "sunny" told me he couldnt give me that bc he had to lie to GM and tell them they sold me a plow when they didnt to be able to match the other dealers price. GM is now going to pay 1000 towards a plow, that was never purchased.

My concerns are... Im out over 300 for good faith estimates that were purposly underestimated AND that i am also out 500.00 lowes card, NOT TO MENTION they are comitting Fraud on company that was saved by my tax dollars!
