Criswell is the main KIA dealer in Maryland. They have incompetent and poorly trained personell.
For over a year now they are unable to figure out why my OPTIMA 2001 pulls left every time they do a wheel rotation. Also they are unable to figure whay my check engine lite is almost constantly ON!
I have had a "pleasure" of dealing with both their Gaithersburg and Annapolis dealerships, and I can tell you that they are equally ignorant!
On top of everything, I had my car for service in Annapolis and they took it for a "test run" and smashed the front left side!!!
That happened over two weeks ago, and the car is still being repaired!
