Failure to pay there driver's, unfair labor practices!

I started working (driving) for CR England back in January and I was quite excitied about all of the opporitunity's that they were telling me about. After completing a 3 1/2 day orientation, I was then placed with one of there trainer's for 10 day's, for some on the road driving. After the time with him, I was then dropped off at the Salt Lake City Location, for another 3 or 4 day's of class room work and also too, deceide to become a company driver or lease my own truck through Horizon Truck Sales and Leasing, I leased (Big Mistake). It turned out, that I was delivering there freight and paying for there truck for "Nothing" I hung in there for about 6 weeks, losing my shirt along the way.in six weeks I only earned a losy $561.34 in Six Wks. I then took the truck that I was paying for, and used the disel that I was paying for back to my home state, to the location where I parked it when I was home for my Hometime, and sent them a Qualcomm message simply saying. "Come get your truck, I'm done working for free"!!! This has to go against unfair labor law's, and if it doesn't, then the Law need's to be changed!!! They used me, to run there freight make there money, roped me into a lease by flat out lieing to me. How did they lie? They told me that the first 1512 miles that I ran a week would cover my truck expense's all of my truck expense's, well guess what they lied! I ran over 2500-3000 miles a week and got check's for negative money! How is this possible? I received checks for -166, -843, -443 and oh yes let's not for get the two weeks they did pay me, $280 one week and $281 the other. Horizon Truck Sales and Leasing also lied to me and misrepresented the fact's. They told me tha I would have no variable mileage rate for the first three weeks, I did. They told me that I would have no truck payment for the first two or three weeks, I didm everyone, now if this isn't fraud on both of there part's, then you tell me what is? Now there going to try to come after me, for having to come recover the vehicle, and charge me for all of this bull. How does ther lies not nullify the lease contract, and how does the State of Utah sit by and allow this to continue, since this has all happened to me, I have found numerous complaint's on line about both CR England and Horizon Truck Sales and Leasing!!! Now you tell me how I am now, a out of work truck driver am I supposed to defend myself against the great big trucking company and the leasing company, there the one's with all of the money and all of the high price attorney's attroney's at the disposal, now how does the regular person defend thereself's with limited mean's. I am not asking, I am begging for your help, please help me! I am a honest, hard working man, who just wanted to make a honest living, and I was lied too, by both CR England and Horizion Truck Sales and Leasing, whatelse was I supposed to do? Work for free the rest of my wife and sit by and watch the mortgage company take our home, car, my motorcycle, everything that my wife and I have worked our whole entire lives for? Well sorry if what I did was wrong, but I was not about to do that, please help me fight CR England and Horizion Truck Sales and Leasing, Thank You. Robert J.
