Lies about the condition of their cars in order to defraud the public

Recently I saw a low mileage used car advertised on Hyundai of Jasper's website at a good price, so I called about it. The salesman told me it was in good shape, with only one dent on the hood. That was no problem, so I drove 90 minutes one way to see the car with cash in hand. Turns out, the car was trashed. The previous owner had hit a deer and traded the car in instead of fixing it. The headlights were missing, windshield broken out, and the car had to be started by flipping a toggle switch screwed into the dashboard. There were numerous additional mechanical problems and the car was trashed inside and out.

When I mentioned that I was told the car was in good shape I got a "Well that's just how it is." Of course, they offered to sell me a new car after lying about the used one. No thanks. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to deal with these thieves. When I ran the Carfax report later, the car came up showing an odometer rollback, so even the "low mileage" touted by the salesman was a fraud.

This dealership is doing its best to defraud the public by selling cars it knows are junk.
