Paypal FROZE my account! Customer bought items through PayPal, Reversed Charges then SOLD ALL OF MY WHEELS at a profit!

I entered into an online transaction with a customer that wanted to ONLY pay through PayPal, this transaction was NOT facilitated by Ebay.

This customer purchased a set of 2005 BMW 545i Sport Factory Alloy Wheels and Tires. Client saw pictures and full description on eBay, (the auction ended) and committed to purchase the wheels after the fact and sent a $500.00 deposit through PayPal (the wheels were sold for $1499 plus shipping). The remainder of the money was sent through PayPal using his credit card.

Customer received the items and said they were not as described. We spoke on the phone and I suggested some remedies, to no avail. Customer wanted to send them back at my expense ($138.00 shipping).

Customer said he would try to sell them on his own and sent me a copy of the ad "he wrote". It stated that he "was selling a great set of wheels with70% tread... And show little wear... They are in Great condition".

After he cut off ties, he reversed the charges. After calling PayPal, they said, "he had no case", as it was not facilitated through Ebay and his description matches mine. I still offered to help him sell them and even work out a deal through many e-mails and phone calls... No response.

I have never had a bad transaction in 18 years of online selling!!!

I sent law enforcement to speak to him (in another state) and he told them he "SOLD THEM".

My account is frozen until "I PAY FOR THE WHEELS HE SOLD AND RECIEVED THE MONEY BACK FROM PAYPAL" I am negative in this account - thanks Paypal.

Now is this fair, is this proper business practice from PayPal.

These are the facts and I will seek legal assistance, as I cannot conduct business in certain capacities on the Internet, let alone Ebay.

Seller Beware!!! We have -0- support from PayPal, as they are "Simply a third party". Resolution Center will not assist you!
