Sold Diamond Ring for $290, Payment Reversed After Stolen Card

I sold a diamond ring through PayPal for $290. Several weeks after the transaction, PayPal reversed the transaction and gave the lady her money back. PayPal says that someone stole this lady's credit card and used it. Okay, I understand that, but what about my jewelry? Is this legal? What are my rights? I am not only out of the money but also my jewelry. I hope someone knows what I can do. It isn't as though I am new to eBay. I have had a lot of successful transactions. PayPal will not give me an answer. PayPal is a rip-off in my opinion!
