I sold a diamond ring through paypal for $290. Several weeks after the transaction paypal reversed the transaction and gave the lady her money back. Paypal says that someone stole this ladies cc and used it. Okay, I understand that, but what about my jewelry. Is this legal? What are my rights? I'm not only out of the money but also my jewelry. I hope someone knows what I can do. It isn't as though I'm new to ebay, I've had a lot of successful transactions. Paypal will not give me an answer. Paypal is a rip off in my opinion!
