The Lease Outlet are CROOKS! Couldn't meet the terms of their agreement, but won't return dedosit

The Lease Outlet are CROOKS!!! I wish that I had read these complaints before I started doing business with these people. Had a written agreement to lease a car for the terms in the agreement, but the lease contracts they sent me were for 20% to 30% more money over the term of the lease. I was told that Audi had changed their money rate, and their residuals, therefore there was nothing that they could do about it.

When I could finally get in touch with Joe Lopez, the owner to ask to have my deposit refunded, I was told to go "F" myself, and he would see me in court.

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I hope anyone with similar experiences will do the same. I don't understand how these guys can hold an A rating, the way they do business, I guess most people just don't fight back. Unfortunately it looks like I am going to have to retain the services of an attorney, to get my money back.

Hopefully someone will see this, and not make the same mistake that we did.
