Stay AWAY from these overpriced townhome rentals and sales!
They offered to lease a townhome and gave me the lease to read over but when it came time to sign the lease, they switched the paperwork and it had much more restrictive language and even increased the rental amount mid-way. When I noticed this and asked for my deposit back because they changed the conditions, they refused to give me the deposit back!
I later found out they re-rented the unit later that same day and they STILL haven't returned the money.
Filed a case in court (and I will get it back) but the irritation of these crooks doing the bait and switch bugs the h* out of me.
