A lease agreement that went south fast

A good friend used swapalease to find ez source leasing. It sounded like a great deal but went south fast. The contract came with different lease terms and was supposed to be a flex lease. When my friend did not sign the lease and stated that he was going to review the lease with the lendor he was told that he was going to lose his substantial deposit.

If you have had a similar expirence, I encourage you to contact the Better Business Bureau
and file a complaint with the Costa Mesa Police Department. The more people that file a complaint, the more likely action will be taken.
