Tow my Employee's truck without asking me. Before we open the truck driver took the truck without permision

5:00 am this morning this towing company came to my station towed one of my employee's truck without my permission without asking anybody. When we open at 6:00 the truck driver came to my cashier and told him that he wants to tow another car from our parking lot He told the cashier we had a contract. The cashier said no this is for a customer don't touch it. This is the second time they do to me. Last year they took one of the customer's car without even asking me. They ruined his fron hood and I had to pay for it.
