Did they change the oil?

Oil Changed??? Did not look like it. The oil looked like the same dirty smelly oil I came in with. Brought this concern up to their attention on several levels. First when they showed me what they did for my Signature Service. I was told the engine has a lot of miles so I should expect my oil to look like mud. Then I wrote corporate my complaint -NO RESPONSE. Went back one final time under new management - I was given the same nonsense - must have pushed the rewind button, same blah blah! I have a large family with several vehicles – I do not think these guys care anything about customer service or pleasing the customer. I am done and looking elsewhere!!!
