Still Awaiting a $56US refund from the 10th of Feb. I was ordering online from Wellington, New Zealand. They could not delive to a specific location without another $50US payment, I declined that offer. Here is the comments made bellow: (emailed and no reply) Flowers2world Said: 2/9
