9/1: Applied the certificate to buy a waterbottle on Waterbottle. Bz. Received an email confirmation - Your Order #100001053 (placed on September 1 1:04: 19 PM CDT)
9/16: Emailed to inquire order status. Got reply: order has not yet been shipped.
9/28: Emailed to inquire order status. Got reply: order has not yet been shipped. Later in the day another reply: Order has been shipped, but no tracking available. Allow 10-14 days for shipping.
10/20: Emailed to inquire order status. No reply.

Still haven't received the order. No reply to emails or phone calls. No response from either Waterbottle. Bz or Savemore.com.
