We bought a car from certified aoto dealers. We got a loan from westlake financial, our first payment was 2 weeks late because the carlot gave the wrong address, i spoke to westlake on several different times to let them no and gave the the money order number. The payment was on its way. I called several times after that to make sue they had received the payment, which by the way was in there mail box. They cashed our check on 01-17 they re-sold our car to certified auto in indianapolis, in after cashing our money order. They are ascam a huge rip off. I spoke to terri on several dates. She stated there was alot of confusement. They decided to sell back to certified dealers because the way they repo cars. So now i am out of a cadilac that i traded in and 1400.00 cash plus my first payment of 340.00. And our new car 2006 altima. Not only that the tow truck driver showed a gun and backed me into a long cement block and broke the back axels on my mercedes i had to have it towed. 2800.00 worth of damage. They told me i could have the car back if i signed a paper i would not take them to court. What a joke they are. I am looking for a attorney now to take both companys to court.
