They harassed my family and friends stating I had stolen the car and that there was an arrest out on me

I had a vehicle which I purchased thru West Lake financial and the salesman took $1000. Up front in cash as a down payment before the first payment from Westlake Financial. I was having hard times and getting sick and the payment for a 1999 Chevy Lumina was 329.00 a month which had 89,000 miles already and a radiator that was priorly fixed by quick seal, which I discovered after I purchased the car. I also was paying insurance of 83.00 dollars month as well. I tried after a year to try to do a deferred payment so I could fix the car. I spoke to Carlos, Carmen, Luis and they were so rude and was told that honest people pay for what they buy. They also called my references and told them that they would get a subpeona for hiding me and that there was a warrant for my arresst for car theft and they also harassed my parents which my father ahs a serios heart condition. Well after the problem got worse I went to an auto dealer and traded it in. The company which I called and asked for the payout and Carmen gave me the payout. The company I traded it for took it. Unknown to me after I moved I started getting calls from Westlake that I owed for the vehicle. After several million times of trying to talk to them I was given the run around. I had the trade in invoice and the copy of the check which was to Westlake. Westlake has taken me to court and once again I gave the forms to the judge but he stated that I should have filed a motion well I am not a lawyer and don't know what that is or about those things. So I faxed the info to the Westlake hired attorney in Albuquerque and he inturn got a fax from an employee from the car lot also stating that they never saw the car and never sent a check. The attorney is requesting a judgement against me but I don't have any money for an attorney and I don't make enough to have them garnish my wages.
